How do personal details come into our possession?

This data comes into the possession of CRM by means of an online, secure contact form or by signing a contract. This type of data may also be requested/provided via email or over the phone.

Who has access to the data, how is it processed and for what purposes is it used?

Only qualified personnel from CRM can access this data. Third parties have no access to this data unless contact details are required in order to collaborate with external partners.

CRM retains the right to provide access to these details to certain governmental bodies (directly or indirectly) if the necessary legitimacy has been demonstrated. CRM, for example, could allow the police to access this data if it is relevant to the legal task of investigating and prosecuting crime. CRM may transfer this data to government agencies (local or federal, judicial or administrative) in the course of carrying out its legal assignments, or to the dispute resolution institution for the purpose of conducting a dispute.

The processing occurs exclusively with respect to services offered by CRM (software, hardware, office 365, etc.). Your data, for example, could be checked and processed by CRM personnel if you wish to transfer a domain name or hosting to another registrar or wish to transfer to another holder.

CRM processes personal data in connection with the execution of this agreement. Your personal information, supplied documents, visual and audio material will however always remain confidential and will not be made available to third parties unless we have your explicit consent. Your data will not be passed onto third parties for commercial purposes.

Email addresses will also be used to notify you about important news or updates regarding your product, the service you are using or our functioning, via newsletters. You can unsubscribe from these newsletters at any time, using the ‘unsubscribe’ option at the bottom of the newsletter.

Contact details will also be used for invoicing purposes, in order to ensure our accounting practices are lawful, and to contact you or provide you with information.

Which details are maintained?

CRM processes the contact details (name, address, email address, telephone and fax numbers and office information) which is necessary for the development of software and the corresponding services. No sensitive data will be requested or updated (such as religious beliefs, political persuasion, medical data, etc.).

For how long will the data be maintained?

Data will be maintained for an indefinite period in the absence of a request to delete the data (you have the right to be forgotten), e.g. if you no longer wish to be a customer of CRM and would like to terminate the collaboration.

How can incorrect details be corrected?

You have the right to access your personal data, as well as the right to make corrections to this data if it is incorrect. You can make this request to CRM at any time. Pursuant to the act of 8 December 1992 protecting the private sphere, individuals have the right to consult registered personal details at any time. This data can then be improved as a result of a simple request. If necessary, a request to be removed from our processing activities can be made at any time. To obtain this deletion, all you have to do is send us an email stating your name and email address. When requesting data, the identity of the person must be established; data will not simply be issued to anyone.

You must also inform CRM without delay about any change of name or designation, address, e-mail address, telephone and fax numbers.
